This Isn’t You is a story of heartbreak, healing, and redemption.

For two years, I was trapped in a battle with Anorexia Nervosa. It stole more than just my weight or a number on a scale, it robbed me of my joy, my relationships, my identity, and my hope.

I wrote these words for the girl who feels like she’s drowning. For the one who’s tired, angry, ashamed, or numb.

You’re not alone. And those voices that tell you this is who you are?
